IMPOSSIBLE to contact your company by phone (to make a complaint by email is not very reassuring for the consumer). After 30 days of waiting, without any news from you, I was beginning to think "maybe I have fallen on a scam". The fact that I could phone you and have a contact person would have reassured me and allowed me to better accept the waiting time a little longer than expected. The email discussions are fast and cordial. What is not normal is that the power supply sent was defective and too stuck for me to control it better. Because of this I lost a lot of time and had a lot of trouble. Now I have to return it and wait for the return. I have to say that the site guarantees that they are controlled when they don't seem to be...unless the transport went badly although the packaging is well done. I'm not sure if the 12 volts on my ps4's power supply are present or not, but they didn't answer my question. It's only when I asked them again when I had the new power supply sent that they answered me ....
