Buy nickel, repair tablet

1 month after ordering and my payment no product received (I ordered 2) nor any information. Following my request I was offered to send 1 of 2 products as the other was not available and I had to receive a voucher to re-purchase the missing product and to cover shipping costs. In the end I received both products in the same package except that one (not the one that was identified as not available) was OCCASION (it had 3 screws " stuck" to the speaker and traces of use - dirt) and not new. Following my second intervention (fortunately I took the pictures before unpacking the product) I received (I hope) the new product. Since then I have found another site that is less expensive and I hope more professional so I will go to the competition for my next purchase.

The kit is well designed, but I looked at the tutorial of another site to carry out the handling because that of sosav is not always comprehensible. And some delicate points were not indicated, like the fact that it is necessary to take off the old glass on the middle and not only on the sides; that it is necessary to clean the residues of adhesive with solvent.

The product (HOME Ipod button) corresponds well to the description, but does not allow the repair, because it certainly misses a part to replace (tablecloth or other) then inevitably I am disappointed, because it should not be sold incomplete parts. This said this site is correct, although the amount of shipping is averaged for all shipments.
