Very responsive customer service. Order ok. Too bad there are no tutorials for repairing a . psp e 1004. Should improve the software to search for spare parts accounting (simplify). Attention when the package is to be sent to a post office in Belgium it is only for the post office staff. Indeed there is a signature which must be affixed to the deposit of the parcel. In my case, if the postal agent had signed in my place, the parcel would have been marked as delivered without me receiving it. Fortunately, he called me to inform me.

The site itself is very well done. Easy to order. I have nothing to say about the product itself, but before you buy, make sure the video explanation is there. The change of the camera glass is in itself very simple. The PROBLEM is that there was no video and I got bogged down taking everything apart and in the process, I messed up my screen. RESULT: I have to change my 250 screen. SNIFF SNIFF!!!!

I will recommend this site I did not put 5 stars because in the explanation there was a paragraph missing when you change the LCD screen and touch screen you do not talk about the speaker I had to ask several times the phone before understanding what was wrong

The part made it possible to regulate the pb of microphone. I have clearly lost on the other hand on the sensitivity of the GSM reception. The after-sales service has been particularly understanding and has agreed to make an exchange, which I am waiting to receive. I will come back then to say if this pb of reception was bad luck or if the spare parts are less powerful than those of origin.
