The part received was like the original, new and working, helped by the online help of the site... nothing to say very satisfied.

Great! There are a few steps missing (I think) towards the end of the tutorial (2 or 3 screws to unscrew) but it was logical that they had to be unscrewed. The product is changed and my phone is fixed!

I am furious, I choose to have my product delivered in a relay point, so I choose a business near me, but in reality the product is deposited in the next town (10 km away) which posed a big problem for me to recover it. I FIND THIS VERY ABNORMAL! What's the point of having the customer choose the product and then deliver it anywhere! I repeat I am furious: Message to future buyers know that you may have to go much further than expected to recover your product.
