Very good site, very fast shipping (order at 4pm shipped the same evening!) tools and consumables are quality and spare parts are neat as the packaging. The ultra detailed tutorials allowed me to replace the screen of my Xperia Z1 without any problem!

Delivery and customer service with a very good response time but the statement on the site "that a thorough check to ensure that the spare parts work properly" is inaccurate. The loudspeaker received did not work. The exchange procedure for a low value item (6.99) is not adapted: cost higher than the value of the item and delays higher than the purchase of another one on another site...

The selection of items available by phone type is convenient. I received the item in a timely manner.
