I received a generic battery with a bent plastic corner. No problem, it works. Otherwise, the delivery time was respected.

SOSAV, a trusted site for parts. The delivery is fast. My orders have always been very well packaged and each time with a small carambar (it's always a pleasure!). Last but not least, the packaging of the parts. Every time I order a screen or other electronic component from SOSAV, they are packed in an anti-electrostatic bag. This is far from being the case for all other spare parts retailers.

Negative points: Delivery fees too expensive: 7 approximately at sosav for a delivery at home against 250 or 300 or even free at other very known sites. If 2 orders are placed on the same day, there is no possibility to put the orders together to pay only one shipping cost. Lack of reference annotation on items (not practical if several orders) Home button non-existent on IPad window (waste of time for reassembly) Positive point: A wide choice. A site easy to use. Reliable and good quality products.

The site is complete with good advice. SOSAV has become my reference when I have to work on mobile equipment. Advice, tutorials and parts are available. A reference!
