I received my order 1 month late and it was not complete (I have since received it in full). Fortunately, the after-sales service listened to me. I'm very pleased with the service and the quality of the product, but I'm not sure I'll be able to buy it again.

I was surprised at first to find a carambar in the box, I took out the shock absorbing papers and found one. I thought it was a scam and then I found my spare part which works perfectly.

Positive point: this is the only place where I found the item I need, which arrived intact at the relay point. The first exchanges with the SOSAV team were quick. Negative point: After 2 months of waiting I cancelled my order and bought a new phone. Why did you wait for my cancellation to send the product? A better communication about the availability of the product would have been appreciated, it would have saved me the purchase of a new phone.
