I received my order with more than 1 month and a half delay, but the check was debited 2 days later on your site you are supplied at the time of the order and then I receive an email to tell me that you are out of stock. The shipping costs should be at least refunded. I was left without a phone and had to order a new one. Next time I would go directly to the competitor.

Hello. The material arrived well but the disassembly of the screen was catastrophic. The explanation to disassemble the screen is not at all precise enough and despite all my goodwill and delicacy, the screen of the note 4 is extremely perilous! So I destroyed my phone and despite my emails to return the new parts not unwrapped, it is total radio silence. The error is of course my fault but thank you for answering me if possible. Sincerely .
