The items ordered are as described. Chronopost notified me of the possible withdrawal at the point of withdrawal on 18/08/2016. On 20 the point relay told me not to have the package and to return on 22/08. I was able to get the package on the 22/08. I am disappointed with the waiting time and would like an explanation.
