Prompt dispatch following an initial faulty order (screen not working). The telephone exchanges were clear and met my expectations. Quick warranty response.

The parcel was received quickly, but there is a small problem with the universal tool kit where the suction cup does not "suction cup", and with the spare parts, the home button was received with a small chip (seen after assembly), which is only a cosmetic problem as it is fully functional.
