I took an order that was supposed to be delivered in one business day (ordered on Friday and on the site it was marked arrived on Saturday) however I received my order 3 days later. So a scam on shipping costs.

I ordered 2 batteries 2 weeks apart. The first one works perfectly, at least as well as an original. At the end of the day, with a normal urilization, I am rarely below 60%! The second one I received first disappointed me: fast discharge, untimely cuts,... After I told the customer service about my dissatisfaction, they treated my case seriously, quickly and efficiently. A new battery was sent to me even before I returned the defective one. The new one I received works perfectly! In summary, very good product and very good service!
