If Sosav had been my first experience of buying online, I think I would never have made an internet purchase again... 1 Order touchscreen + tools (we'll talk about tools later) ok on July 15, 2015 2 Receipt of the bad glass on July 17, 2015 3 Contact Sosav (only mail because unreachable by phone) on July 20, 2015 which solves the problem by giving me a credit for purchase + transport of a new glass after having asked me photos of the phone and the glass Until then we can understand that a mistake can happen. 4 Ordered new glass on July 22, 2015 5 Received the new bad glass (the same as the first order) on July 24, 2015 Unbelievable no verification while I mentioned that this glass was going to be used for a professional phone (liberal nurse) and that it was urgent. 6 Contacted Sosav (only by mail because I could not be reached by phone) on July 25, 2015, I was asked again for new photos of the phone and the glass 7 New credit note for purchase BUT NOT FOR TRANSPORT, I pay 3.39 again and ask for a refund. I wonder if this is incompetence or scam, it would be better the second I would understand better, in short... new order on July 28, 2015 taking my precautions and making several messages to ask to check well. 8 In the meantime purchase of a new phone because the urgency of the request has apparently not caught the attention of sosav ... 9 Received the new glass (the right one on the 3rd shot) on 30 July 2015. 10 Mounting the new glass, surprise the screwdriver torx 5 purchased does not work (and there is REALLY OF the RIP) 11 ReBuy tools in large DIY. 12 The repair begins... no the tutorial is no longer online on the site of sosav... a Russian video comes to my rescue and after 15 days of trouble I manage to repair. BALANCE SHEET: 1st purchase: 32,98 - 2nd purchase: 0 - Purchase new laptop: 149 - 3rd purchase: 3,39 (delivery) - Purchase new tools: 11,95 --- TOTAL: 197,32 --- EXPENSIVE FOR A TACTILE GLASS I'M STILL WAITING FOR DELIVERY. SILENCE RADIO. I HAVE TO SAY THAT I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE AND THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT. IT WAS THE FIRST AND LAST TIME I ORDERED FROM THIS SITE...
