My order had not been processed initially. I had to follow up and threaten to cancel it before it was finally processed and received within 3 days.

Very happy with the repair package. However, I'm not sure if the screen is new and I thought it was a shame that the tabs around the mobile phone and the covers are not close.

I am very satisfied with the processing of my order, which is in line with the idea I had of SOSAV. My items arrived very quickly and my problem was solved. The part works very well and it's quiet again when I use my computer normally (the part to be changed was starting to make an airplane noise in a laptop). Thank you for the SOSAV concept. Ps: very well designed site.

Poor quality tools making any attempt to repair almost impossible (screwdriver not well calibrated which damages the thread, tools that break from the first use). I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to do this, but I'm sure I'll be able to do it again in the future.

The battery didn't look new when it came out of the box, which is confirmed by its charge life (much less than a day). It helps out, it's 20 but far from being like the original new phone.
