I received my iPhone 5 battery, the only problem is that it was opened and badly packed in the box, it had on the disappointment a big trace (a very big scratch). I said to myself, it will not work and if! My phone is like new, see how long the battery will last... I also regret not having in the box a booklet that explains the disassembly and for the tools a description of them. I've been using it for a while now, but it's still a good idea to have it in my possession.

Well, it was expensive, it took a long time to deliver, and as the glass I took off was glued I thought I had to glue the whole sticker. There was no explanation on your site. I had to remove everything and of course I broke the glass. I ordered another one from amazon today (09/05/15) and it should arrive next Monday, in 2 days, and all for less than from you.
