Pitiful. I order, they inform me by email that my product is out of stock and they offer me either a refund or a credit note. I opt for a refund and I receive an email saying that they have been supplied and that my order has been shipped. This is a site to be avoided as a matter of urgency.

Hello, You placed an order on 15/12/2015. Unfortunately, during the preparation of the order, we were out of stock. The preparer then informed you by email.
