The parts received were in accordance with the order. The only drawback is the delivery time, which greatly exceeded the forecasts (parts were out of stock at the supplier's). This is why I do not give 5 stars.

Everything was working perfectly for a week and then black screen 😕 ? Can I send it back to get another screen, if the warranty applies? Normally satisfied with SOSAV. Sincerely

I really appreciate SOSAV. The repair procedures are really superb, the material and spare parts are available. It is true that they are a little more expensive than some of their competitors, but I still order from SOSAV to support them. I already recommend to my friends and family to see and buy from them.
