Poor product quality and illegal practice regarding the return of products and non-compliance with the general sales conditions

Very disappointed, after 2 months the battery does not hold without being plugged in and I can no longer transfer media via the new USB connector.

It took 1 and a half months from the time I paid for my order to the time they mailed my package. The screwdriver that I received looks like it is in order. I have not used it because I obviously bought another one elsewhere in the meantime.

SOSAV did not deliver the items I ordered (not in stock? lost order?) and above all did not reply to my reminder emails to find out the status of my order. I managed to get my money back only after threatening to report their behavior, without even an apology or explanation. In short, this company borders on fraud. To be avoided as long as they have not reviewed their operating methods and in particular their non-existent after-sales service (by being called SOSAV, this should however be included in their process!)

Hello, I ordered an iPhone gasket that was marked in stock on the site at the time of the order. It was supposed to arrive in a few business days but it did not... Order placed and accepted on 5/10/21, order received on 25/10/21. I've already had a problem with this product. I had already had a pb a few years ago with this site for a new part that did not work and the after sales service had not wanted to know anything... Conclusion: beware with this site, I'm not too satisfied. Sincerely
