Received on time. Carefully packaged but a bit oversized for a hat that rolls up and fits in the small bag provided.

Item conforms to my expectations

Light and foldable hats. I would have liked to have the option to choose from several colors to personalize each hat.

The delivery was very fast, but I regret that the brim of the women's hat is so narrow, my nose is not well protected from the sun.

Very nice cap. I look forward to wearing it regularly this summer to get a more precise idea in terms of protection (UV and infrared).

I have been living in Réunion for 36 years. My skin remains very light. I have already had 2 alerts for benign tumors. My dermatologist follows me very closely; I just bought you a super trendy green, turquoise sweatshirt. The first one was 8 years ago during a visit to Pornic. High price with sleeves not matching the price: at least 3 fingers are missing. I wear the first one every day: aired, washed, and dried daily. Over time it has become deformed and the sleeves reach the wrist. However, very satisfied with this expensive product, I just bought you the same one. Sleeves way too short. I bought this product to protect myself from the sun. Apart from the high cost and the sleeves being way too small, I am very much happy with it... still the length of the sleeves remains. Our UV here in the peak season that is ending are daily at the index beyond 18. Now we are entering the period:

the quality of the products and materials / fabrics used does not necessarily reflect on the product photos. A bit disappointed with the somewhat cheap appearance of the products while their cost is quite high.

Top product! I would have liked an acknowledgment of receipt of my payment by check other than the order confirmation at the time of the order, which would have reassured me about its receipt and helped accept the delivery time.

Article returned on January 10 within the legal withdrawal period, it is April 13 and I am still waiting for my refund, even after a first phone reminder on March 25. Shameful!

Everything was perfect

Light, well-covering and flexible. However, it does get quite hot under the hat and it would be good to find a way to block the slider that allows shortening the strap as it has come out twice already and is difficult to put back.

We are very happy with our hats. Nice and very easy to flatten for transport in luggage, easily regaining its shape. However, I did not understand the use of the canna's attachment, not practical at all, unlike my husband's hat. The parasol is nice, but I would have appreciated a strap at the end of the handle, and a handle with a slightly flexible part, as the wood is hard against the shoulder (bony). But very happy, thank you.

Good sun hat

The quality/price ratio of the Nantes hat does not present a perfect finish for the significant price of 76€. The late response from Soway, more than 2 months of waiting for a little convincing and convoluted response!
