Very responsive, answers quickly. Very professional. They warned me that it wasn't certain that the remote would work on my bed motor because it was from 2009, but I could try and if it didn't work, I could return the remote. In fact, it didn't work, so I returned the remote and ordered a motor/remote control set as they suggested, and now it works like a charm.
