Great service. I phoned for information. Using the reference number of my bed remote control, the person gave me the reference number of the motor I had ordered. He also explained to me over the phone how to change it, saying that he would be on hand to guide us through the installation if there were any problems, but that it generally went well. Within two days we had our order. Assembly was very easy. In 15 minutes the motor was changed and the bed refurbished perfectly. Thank you for your friendliness and helpfulness.
