I bought a 6-function remote control and when I opened it I realized that there are only 4 functions 🤔

Had to adapt the plug connection on the bed motor to plug in the remote control. Too bad, but it works.

The radio remote control does not work with the 5-pin male/female DIN cable purchased for easy connection. Remote control contact on the shell (6 ), cable only on the 5 pins.

Relatively fast delivery and correct prices, but only 11 of the 12 battens ordered were delivered and no way of making a claim on delivery.

It wasn't very clear that the linkage system ordered was only for ONE pair of footboards.... Remember that to link two beds together, you need to link TWO pairs of footboards together.... In short, the delivery is correct, but it's easy to make a mistake.

Schnelle Lieferung, leider dann doch falsches Teil. Um Rückabwicklung per Mail und Rücküberweisung angefragt - keine Reaktion mehr. Schade. Teil passt nicht und Geld ist auch weg. Das ist schlechter Servis am Kunden und somit negativ. Fast delivery, unfortunately the wrong part. Asked to cancel transaction by e-mail and delivered - no response. A pity. Part doesn't fit and money is gone too. This is bad customer service and therefore negative.
