We are sorry for the inconvenience encountered during delivery, but we would like to remind you that our manufacturing and dispatch times for custom-made nets are 10 to 12 working days, and we were able to meet this deadline.

Finally, as far as obtaining the invoice is concerned, we're having problems with understaffing in the administrative department, which temporarily makes us a little less reactive... We apologize for the inconvenience.

Regarding your monkey bridge net, it's normal for it to point out when it's laid on the ground. Once it's been properly attached to tightly tensioned and sheathed cables, it will naturally take on its rounded shape. Don't worry!
