Nothing to say, perfect!

Fast and careful delivery, top device! I am delighted :)

Ok thanks

Very good service

Very fast delivery. Very friendly phone contact.

Very quick response and delivery

Very happy

I called to get advice and they indicated well what I was looking for! The product itself is perfect thank you

fast delivery, I am satisfied with the product

Good experience...good programs, easy to use.

Very good choice available and fast delivery. I recommend them. The ABS 8 has replaced with great satisfaction our "very" old model

I ordered Slendertone armbands for the arms. Not finding the women's model on the site but only unisex models, I called to get an opinion and was confirmed that they fit both men and women. I placed my order, all the follow-up was impeccable but, when putting on the armbands, I noticed they were too big for my arms and, even tightening the straps, the electrodes shifted and were no longer positioned in the right places, i.e. on the biceps and triceps. I still managed to do 2 sessions and, by the third, the electrodes were already worn out! So, service from electrodtimulateur.ch, Perfect!! But I am disappointed with the product ordered.

Ordered on January 22, received on the 23... Speed of lightning. Thank you.

The site indicated awaiting restocking a phone that allowed to release the order and the delivery followed the next day... Thank you for the service and responsiveness

Hello, very well-made website, product advice by phone is great.??

I appreciated the details of the items

No problem and very fast.

fast

Good order tracking

Fast perfect

rather satisfied after use at my son's. My regret is that the application is in English! and the images are cut off on the iPhone. Too bad because I think there are other possibilities that I am not using. I also don't know which tip to choose depending on the areas.

The site is clear and the delivery is efficient. Regarding the product, I regret a lack of documentation to master the use of the device.

Good website, fast shipping.

perfect and fast shipping and reception

Friendly staff and product as per the reservation

Good and efficient thank you

"Average, a correct experience but some services need improvement". The points for improvement that I can see: - 3 days to ship the package while the product was in stock and displayed as "Shipped today at 4 PM" (I ordered around 11 AM on Thursday 2). I had to follow up once with the site (on the 3rd), which did not bother to respond. Second follow-up on Monday morning (6/01), then the package was shipped. Not really any apologies or commercial gesture from the site. - No form of protection in the package: the product box was directly placed in a plastic bag. - Invoice not attached (it can be printed from your customer area, OK) - Warranty extension process +1 and +2 years to be done by oneself (via postal mail...), while we subscribed to the "extension pack". Positive points: very interesting prices, reliable site, fast delivery (shipped from France), free accessories, a lot of choice of consumables on the site.

Delivery arrived quickly...super

Very professional

Very responsive online phone service, as due to an error on my part regarding an order, the change was made very quickly. Thank you

Very comprehensive and very professional in terms of explanations of the proposed technology. I was contacted by phone due to a small stock shortage, but it was quickly resolved. Offered to be delivered express to meet the expected delivery time. Attractive prices as well. Therefore, I recommend electrostimulation.ch

Fast shipping

That's a lot of cables at once :-) but the product is very satisfying. A wide choice of programming and a personalized setting. Perfect for my current needs.

very fast, everything is perfect!

I don't have enough feedback yet to evaluate the item of my order, but the logistics (website, transport) were very good

My first Compex at 25 years old and it still works

THANK YOU TOP

I have been using the belt for less than a week, so it's too early to say if it is effective or not, but it works very well, comfortable to wear. This is the first product of this type that I try, so no comparison element. But in my opinion, good value for money

very good site and quality service and speed

Excellent service, quick shipment and immediate response to requests
