and this lack of transparency which simply represents for me a lack of respect for the customer. At the beginning of September, following my exchanges with verified reviews that apparently had difficulty understanding the real problem and even mistakenly rejected my review, I was contacted by a manager from Electrostimulateur.ch. I want to highlight his honesty and frankness. We had a constructive and interesting discussion following this mishap and this lack of transparency. Electrostimulateur.ch had taken the initiative to respect the deadlines by sending me the product via a partner. It just needed to be transparent, to respond, and to take into account the legitimate questions of the customer. In the end, the intention was good but the handling behind was poorly done and therefore generated disappointment. I thank this manager, alerted very late about this issue, for contacting me... the approach as well as the exchange were fruitful.

Following my order made at the end of May, I realize that the product sent to me did not come from the company Electrostimulateur.ch in Switzerland as expected but from a company located in France. I contact Electrostimulateur.ch about this and mention that the status of my order remains in delivery. I legitimately explain the problem by saying that I cannot be subject to their shipping fee because the product did not go from Switzerland to France but from France to France, it is not PostPac international that handled the shipment but simply Colissimo France metropolitan which does not respect at all what is stated on the site.
