Regarding the site: The service on the site was fast and efficient. Tracking of the package by post, against signature. Regarding the product: Excellent product, effects felt after a week. You need to follow the manual (to know: adjust the intensity until the muscles contract 'by themselves'). Used in passive mode (no effort required on my part), did not try the 'active mode' (abs to do at the same time as the contraction of the device). So following this observation, bought this product for my friend + replacement pads (several reviews on the internet suggest that after some time you indeed need to change the conductive gel pads).

Too early to give an objective opinion. It looks good, but I haven't seen the effects yet.

fast delivery, contact with a representative when ordering, however, it's a pity that the Swiss site is more expensive than the French site, to recommend.

The shipment of the package took longer than initially anticipated, despite the surcharge paid for a letter A shipment. The shipment took 4 days to finish. Other than that, excellent service. Thank you.

Good service. Just to note that the package took much longer to reach me than a letter A shipment for which I had paid a surcharge. Aside from that, professional service.

Unlike many other devices (Slendertone: 2 machines with many different tens programs, the belt, the buttocks, the face), it is difficult for me to give an opinion on this magnetic wave device. I feel absolutely nothing, despite having tried it for several days in a row as indicated in the manual. I admit, unlike the other devices, I regret this purchase.
