Linen damaged, stained and rather high in terms of cost. As for the delivery, they do not respect the schedules or the delivered orders are late!!!
No respect for the customer, what a shame…

Response from test-theo.fr
First of all, we would like to thank you for your trust. We are sorry to learn that your experience did not meet your expectations.
Indeed, it happens that industrial processing does not allow for the complete verification of the linen. We are committed to checking the quality of the linen we send you as best as possible. Also, regarding logistics, we do our best to deliver you under good conditions despite the difficulties encountered daily in Paris, even more so during the peak period. Please know that we are doing everything possible every day to improve our service.
We remain at your complete disposal and hope to see you again very soon

Perfect! Great linen rental service. Very practical and reasonable price. This greatly simplifies seasonal rentals. I rent my accommodation on Airbnb and I offer the service to tenants. I take care of booking, paying, picking up and I invoice. Very practical.

I hope you will improve the quality of the linen and quickly find a way to have the packs wrapped. I have to pay two people to film these packs. Next week I have an order for 25. How do I manage? Moreover, the imposed schedules are a real headache for organization.

Very satisfied. The only downside is the packaging not well suited for transport: - The large tube of gel provided is a bit bulky (a small tube like a toothpaste sample would be more practical). - The cardboard packaging is not as practical and sturdy as the bag of the Tens Eco 2 that I had the opportunity to test (certainly more expensive). The practical side and robustness in transport is important for certain therapies that require regular long-term use (vagus nerve stimulation, etc.). However, I think I can find a bag that should do the job without too much trouble.
