The checkout process isn’t very smooth, especially when it comes to addresses. If you enter a delivery address in your profile, you expect your order to be delivered there without any further steps.

My first experience was a success. I like the format and taste of the B12. I’ll get the annual supply with my next order; it reassures me to know I won’t run out of this essential vitamin.

The website is well designed, and delivery is fairly quick. I don't think I received a reply to an email I sent them, but I greatly appreciate their ethical and sustainable choices. What's more, the chewable tablets taste delicious! Taking your vitamins from Biofrères is no punishment!
