Fast and careful delivery. Good quality white bias. However, out of the 10 rolls ordered, I am very disappointed with some rolls: the joints were glued edge to edge and not sewn... They need to be redone. I reported this to customer service, and received a standard response (returning the non-compliant rolls, at the risk of receiving similar ones...)

Regarding your previous exchange with our customer service, we would like to clarify that the message you received did not mention at any time that you could return the rolls "at the risk of receiving similar ones". What was proposed to you is a return in order to obtain a credit note or a refund.

Fabric described as WHITE with black stripes. Not white at all, but VERY off-white. Very ugly on a wall, it is quite white

I did not receive my order. It was supposed to be an envelope, I think, because it was a sample. So I won't be able to place the planned order, about 4 meters of corduroy. Too bad!!!
