Original items, but insufficient information on the order shipment. And a response from customer service without any details, I felt like I was bothering them.

the order took a very long time to arrive
I sent emails but received no response
for the kits it's cute it's original but you can't call it a kit since it only has part of the model's composition
for the sleeping bag; no explanation no padding no lining ...
same for the toiletry bag
well I'm not a beginner I managed

Hello, our emails have been sent and probably ended up in your spam folder. The product you ordered is a coupon and not a kit which explains the absence of certain supplies. Please feel free to read the descriptions of our products to discover how they are composed. We remain at your disposal for any information. Best regards. Rebecca TISSUS PRICE
