Beautiful velvet but the color of the fabric is actually very different from the color on the website photo. Too bad, I am returning it.

Very soft gray bamboo terry fabric!
The one in natural color is a bit less soft, too bad.

The question asked by phone and then by email was answered too late (5 working days).
I placed my incomplete order after 2 days.
The fabric received is okay, but I don't have matching thread, so I will have to go to a haberdashery. It's a shame and a bit disappointing.

Hello,
samples received well and on time despite the current situation, excellent quality fabric as well as customer service.
Good value for money compared to another site in Germany where I would not be a customer due to their extremely long delivery time and higher prices, not to mention the 40 euros extra shipping fees and an unresponsive customer service by phone.

Perfect as always!
A big concern when checking the delivery tracking which indicated the package was delivered to an address that is not mine, however, the package was indeed delivered to my home.
Perfect fabrics as always!
Thank you
