I am delighted with your fabrics and patterns as well as the sewing kits, but not at all with your delivery service. Your order was indeed recorded on Friday, August 29 in the evening. We processed it as soon as we reopened on Monday, September 1 and shipped it on Tuesday, September 2. Normally, the delivery times of La Poste are 48 hours, which should have allowed for delivery before September 6.
Unfortunately, an unforeseen delay occurred during the transport by La Poste, and the package was only available for pickup on September 10. We sincerely regret this setback, but once the package was handed over to the carrier, we unfortunately no longer have control over the delivery times.
