Nothing to say except your answering machine when calling customer service, the background music is too loud so you can hardly hear the person speaking.

Quality fabrics at a reasonable price, no unpleasant surprises upon delivery. Too bad you can't order less than 1 meter.

Shipping costs are too high for items like ribbons that weigh nothing. I did not appreciate that an item was missing from my order, and that I had to take the steps myself to resolve it.

Hello, I am not satisfied with my last order. Indeed, I thought I was ordering a fabric under ref: Coated cotton royal blue with polka dots 4.95 to 9.90. However, I received an oilcloth instead.

Everything is acceptable except the cutting; you have to lose several centimeters before finding the straight grain, you lose fabric, even if the cut is wide. So this needs to be reviewed.

Fabrics received within the announced deadlines :). I was a bit afraid to order online but I do not regret it. With a favorable price and top quality, I will not hesitate to reorder. Small suggestion.
