Order not received after a delay of 8 days since the purchase.. I called several times, despite a pleasant reception, the company is unable to tell me when my order will be delivered. Still waiting for it.

I find the packaging needs to be reviewed, the cardboard is not rigid enough, so it arrived crushed because there was too much empty space in the box and the fabric is not even wrapped. A bit disappointed with the color of the fabric....

I was disappointed with the quality of the sponge compared to the image, I think I will no longer order fabrics online, I need to feel the fabric. It was an experience.

I ordered a gray coated fabric with white stars, disappointed with the quality, it's way too thin for making bags.

Very good customer contact, but I had a problem with the receipt of the package: it was open (torn) on one side (and not the one with the attachment). The fabric could have slipped out of the package, gotten dirty or even stolen.

It's a pity that on my five meters of fabric, there was a hole in the middle. However, the fabric itself is of good quality.
