Cast iron teapot arrived damaged. For organizational reasons (Christmas gift) I could not notice and report the damage until 4 weeks after receipt, and the seller initially refused me any exchange / refund on the grounds that I was out of time. It was only after 5 or 6 reminders that he finally agreed to refund me. I found his attitude very unbusinesslike.

Colissimo did not keep its commitment despite the price charged for this order . a whole week of delay with three sorting errors . the product finally arrived , conform to the order . no contact with your customer service . once the invoice cashed it does not seem at all concerned by the errors and failures of the carrier yet chosen by your company . Cord .
