Oh no Corinne ?? We have two recipes for cats: one without cereals and another with sorghum. If your cats didn't like the one without cereals, I can send you samples of our sorghum kibble to see if they prefer this one! The problem may also come from the dietary transition; you can try to make it last longer. It is very important for animals that are not familiar with insect protein and can turn out to be longer than expected for some animals. Regarding the price, our kibble is indeed more expensive than average not only because it is of superior quality but also because the cost of the raw material, the insect, is currently up to 4 times more expensive than traditional proteins.

Our kibble has a very good digestibility rate because insect protein is highly digestible and we include ingredients in our recipes for the digestive comfort of animals: fiber intake, prebiotics, highly digestible single animal protein. The price per kilogram of insect is currently 3 to 4 times higher than a similar quality of meat. The main reason for this is that insect farms have had to make serious investments in machinery to properly raise the insects. I love the concept but... Having strictly followed the transition recommendations between the old and new kibble, the younger of my two cats (a one-year-old Highland Straight) fell ill with diarrhea that stopped as soon as he returned to his normal diet. You can imagine the ordeal with long hair, requiring a bath every day. For this reason, I will not continue (the older one, a 9-year-old British Long Hair, had no problems)

Easy order on the site. Delivery in 3 days. Our dog is allergic to meat and fish and could not tolerate the hypoallergenic kibbles (including those from veterinarians). She jumped on these from the first day and has had no allergy issues since. For me, the only (slight) downside is the palatability: after the novelty wears off, our dog tends to snub them and only eats them when she is really very hungry!

For now, my cat has adapted well and loves the mix of kibbles we offer him (old + new), we are considering switching to a subscription although the 7 kg format seems large to us and we are afraid that: 1/ the end of the kibble bag will no longer be accepted by the cat 2/ the proposed delivery frequency may be too high compared to our cat's consumption and that we have no choice but to switch to the more expensive 1.5 kg packs.
