The épépineuse doesn't quite live up to expectations. I chose this model for the adjustment screw, which is supposed to change the proportion of waste removed. In fact, this screw is useless. I would have had the same result with a much cheaper model.

I'm rather disappointed with my purchase, the épépineuse was delivered without a pestle (you have to be very careful with your fingers, DANGEROUS device), nor an anti-splash protection, as soon as you turn the crank backwards the cone dislodges, and all this at price 175.
