for the 2nd time I am disappointed with the equipment ordered 1 -- the vacuum machine which gave me a lot of problems ..no longer used... 2 -- the pair of scissors whose thumb ergonomics are lamentable .. but it cuts very well...

It is difficult for me to evaluate the customer service, as my order did not involve this service. I was totally satisfied with the way the product was presented on the site, but on the other hand, LA POSTE is definitely LACKING. The product is of good quality and seems durable. On the other hand, I don't know why but the package was repackaged by the post office... and one of the two watering cans ordered needs a little welding to fill a mini-hole which will cause a slight loss.

Disappointed ... of course it's a second hand oak and you can't have a perfect product . However, there are many imperfections and a very red color all over the middle of the barrel. So a major stripping is in order. I didn't expect so much work to be done on the product, it was delivered quickly and dropped off inside my home. I really appreciated it.
