the machine is very tight you can't adjust it, i bought it for my daughter for her fimo dough, she's very disappointed, i don't recommend it even for making noodles because you can't adjust the thickness and it shreds the dough. the mercato is really better, i've had it for years and it's used very often, it's better to get this one.

Very disappointed. The bottles leak when poured because the caps float and are therefore not watertight at all. Further to your reply, I would like to point out that I have carried out other tests. It clicks into place without any problem, since it's impossible to remove the cap afterwards. But the cork doesn't adhere to the bottle at all, which is normal because there's a 2 mm gap in height.

I put 1 star for delivery because I had the option of collecting my parcel from the carrier (transco) where I waited 25 minutes on the quay for someone to deign to bring my parcel to me. Stainless steel part of the press no problem. Lack of precision in the red-painted cast-iron part. Only one of the two pawls worked. I gave the press to a colleague; it hurt less than putting it in the metal container. I was probably unlucky.
