Products conform to my order. But for delivery, Chronopost, as usual, is pitiful. They show great ingenuity to make customers' lives miserable. In this case, no pick-up delivery. I went to pick it up in a remote area 20 kms from home. Waiting outside in a queue (virus obliges). Colissimo is less rotten, that's for sure.

The pellet tongs are of only "average" workmanship, which detracts from the overall rating. I would have preferred stainless steel, or at least that the material be mentioned. In this case, it's a combination of materials that I wouldn't call very noble.

The product is excellent, since I use it bread and pizza succeed me like never before. The delivery time was a little long but given the time I don't think it is attributable to the company. A little too high the shipping costs. I haven't needed the assistance so I can't give a rating.
