Very good, I'm surprised your site isn't better known.
Just one comment: your system of unpacking the package before signing for it is not applicable in real life.
This is a real obstacle to my recommending you. There's no possibility of delivery at a relay point, which is not practical and not environmentally friendly at all. Thank you for thinking about it. Amazon is criticized, but it offers this.

Hello, The only drawback I would mention is that the order was blocked because you were out of stock on the second book ordered. A phone call would have been enough to reduce the order to one volume, which I would have been happy to receive quickly.
