As last time, I'm very happy with the service, especially the speed of delivery. I have one reservation about the quality of the product. The wax was sold as yellow, but was in fact a little greenish. So it wasn't very pretty. I transformed it into an orange wax by mixing it with the red wax (which turned out to be very nice) that I'd already received from tompress.

The site is pleasant and user-friendly, the products well described and reasonably priced; customer service is perfect; the only downside: delivery. The carrier gave me a delivery range between 9am and 5pm. It was impossible to go out all day, even in the garden, for fear of missing the delivery driver who arrived at 3pm.

Good overall, but it remains to be seen in use. One criticism: the unit may tip over when unloaded on the motor side. I've made a plate that attaches to the underside of the unit to prevent it from tipping over. The screw allows precise adjustment of the blade in the cauldron.

I was not informed of the arrival of the parcel at the relay point, nor any details about it. Yesterday, when I went to see for myself, the transport site still said "in delivery"; the parcel had been at the relay point for 4 days.
