Speed and quality.

All TomPress products are very good, if I could I would buy many more, but the prices are really too high, and they increase with each catalog, where are they going? even a frying pan becomes a luxury product?

I still have not received the two ordered catalogs. This bodes poorly for the possible future ....

The package was not at the requested relay at 3 Marius Jauffret Street because the address was incomplete... And we had to pick it up 72 hours later at the St Giniez post office. By the way, the package was torn open. This is an experience we will not repeat.

After receiving my package at the post office and signing immediately, I did not open my package on site. The ordered ceramic (a piece worth 100 euros) was broken in two without protection in its box. After 2 messages, still no responses. I deeply regret my order as it was for a birthday gift.

When I arrived at the location in front of a locker, I did not receive the codes to open my locker. Back home. After a difficult investigation, I learned that the delivery person, having no available locker, had returned my package to the store's reception WITHOUT informing me. Total: 2 round trips: 100 km instead of 100 m. I have not yet recovered from this.

Since then, silence on the line. It is June 10 and still no news about the grill. Is this serious? When a company sells an item, the least they can do is to ensure that everything is in accordance with the order, which is not the case with Tompress. When will the entirety of my order be fulfilled? Very well received shipment - the only downside was that I bought 4 bags and I didn't see and understand that each bag weighed 1kg! So I ended up with 3 bags too many...

Only slicer still "in stock": a 195 mm red blade model: chic, it's what I wanted for lack of a larger blade diameter. So I order this model and receive a gray model, whose quality leaves much to be desired. Apparently an old thing forgotten in a corner of the warehouse, thickness adjustment knob very hard to maneuver, a piece of broken plastic in the packaging; I check, it's the electric protection cover that has a broken angle and is no longer attached to the screw! Tompress who has betrayed me seems to be losing momentum, no more RGV slicers at affordable prices, and on the contrary, ugly Berkel slicers including a manual model from the 30s priced at... €9,449.00 to which you can add a stand for €1,709.90!! On the bakery side, it's not better: not even a simple straight grater anymore... Now, when I need a kitchen appliance or utensil, I will take a look at Amazon or Boulanger.
