When I ordered, the delivery time was about 10 days, but it took 3 weeks to ship. 2 screws were missing on delivery. They were sent to the billing address instead of the delivery address. The covid crisis had a nice ring to it. This pitter might work if the cherries were perfect spheres with well-centered round pits, but in nature that doesn't exist! 1. An idea of a delivery date would have been helpful.
2. Some filler has been used to mend a split near the bottom rung. While the filler may have been necessary it is disappointing that it has not been sanded down so the effect is rough and unsightly.
3. There are black felt tip marks on the ladder. These are very unsightly. Carpenter's marks would have been a better choice.
