perfect product, corresponds to my expectations. the delivery was not made in the requested relay point, I had to recover my parcel in another relay point which was rather far from my home.

Hello, This can happen when the chosen relay point is overloaded or no longer accepts parcels. La Poste redirects the parcel to the next available relay point and updates the tracking which can be consulted online. Best regards.

Perfect delivery of material. No problems with assembly. However, some of the fixing screws used in the wood were found in the packaging due to insufficient pre-fixing. None were missing, but I think it would be a good idea to draw the customer's attention to this problem. Sincerely René Sibourg

Small hitch during delivery: Tompress doesn't give tracking details, except when I ask them. Then the deliveryman's bulletin gives me a delivery day, but nothing has been received. Finally I find out that the deliveryman has passed the goods on to another deliveryman, who has finally delivered in good order. All's well that ends well, and the merchandise is perfectly fine.

The refractory baking tray is really perfect for baking pizza and homemade bread. The peel is good, light and practical, but easily damaged. I tried to loosen a pizza dough that was a little too stuck to the peel, using a spatula. The peel crumbled where the spatula went through, small holes appeared and splinters formed on the surface.
