Received in good condition. We usually used a 32 chopper borrowed from a friend, and with this n°22 chopper we didn't feel like we were spending any more time making our 2 annual pigs! The equipment seems to be of high quality.

I received an e-mail telling me that my parcel had left, when I wanted to track my parcel it didn't work and when I received it I realized that it had been shipped 3 days after I received the e-mail. I would have preferred to receive confirmation of shipment only when it was actually dispatched.

I am disappointed with this order as Tompress only acted as an intermediary between me and a Russian supplier. The skimmer had already been used and was not clean, and one of the parts was almost impossible to dismantle for cleaning. The deliveryman didn't phone when he came so took the parcel back to the post office while I was at home.

When I placed my order, the announced delivery time for an item was 6 to 8 weeks. My order was finally shipped after more than 14 weeks. I had no explanation from Tom Press. And they refused to send the rest of my order until all items were available. The items received are good but lack a user and maintenance manual.

Hello, the delivery times were a bit elastic (+50%) and the packaging was a bit inadequate (undignified?) for equipment of this price (a few pieces of expanded polystyrene and a few strands of kraft paper). As a result, the cardboard box was open (although nothing was missing) and the case of the épépineuse was scratched. Nothing serious, it works but it doesn't give confidence for a next order! What a shame!

On 24/12/2020 at 6 a.m. my order tracking told me that the package had arrived at the delivery point.

The knives sent are not absolutely identical to the one initially supplied by Porkert: relatively large play with the receiving part.
Let's hope this doesn't affect their use.
