Ordered on 02/11/2020 and paid, received on 16/11/2020. Time far too long for the ferments to have retained their optimal power! I did not receive a reply to an e-mail pointing this out. The clamp doesn't work, because the vice isn't really straight. Even if we tinkered with a wedge, we couldn't fix the device to a table. The screw got stuck in the clamp. It took us several hours to unblock it. And now it's the crank that won't unscrew, even with degreaser. In short, nothing works properly. 140 and a lot of energy wasted.
