For the first time in over 20 years, I am not happy with tom press: I received this order and within 5 minutes of opening the package I called to inform that an item was missing... 8 days later I have not received any news. Are we being taken for liars? Very unpleasant when we know that in less than 2 years I have ordered for over 2000 €.. the missing item costs 49.95 €.... I let you draw the conclusion and deduction...

The traps seem good, to see in use. However, compared to an old brand mouse trap (Lucifer) they are not deep enough, so I had to re-drill them by 13 mm and I think it will be more functional

Hello, I have reordered the same order as before for the same item regarding vacuum bag rolls. The new bags are 6mm larger than the previous ones and get stuck in the housing of our machine. This is not practical at all.
