Unfortunately, due to containment, the parcel arrived too late ( 7 days ) However, other orders placed at the same time, arrived after three days. ( Other delivery service )
Order placed on 23/04/2020, received on 05/05/2020. Tompress deducted the invoice before delivery. The goods received were not those ordered (1l bottles instead of 0.5l). The packaging is not suitable for the product: 1 bottle broken (reported on delivery) and 6 bottles cracked. No complaint form in the parcel, customer service unreachable. Very disappointing.
