Ordered chopper on 10/02 with payment for delivery within 24 hours as the chopper was urgently needed. Good reception, but the chopper doesn't work... Back to the after-sales service, repair, and new reception of the repaired equipment on 25/02. It turns out to be a defect in the equipment, as a pin was missing from the rotor... No compensation for the inconvenience caused, nor any commercial offer proposed....plutôt déçu....

The items are compliant and seem to be of good quality (I don't have the benefit of hindsight yet). In that respect, it's a very good deal. On the other hand, the parcel arrived repackaged by the Post Office. Fortunately, the items were intact. Overall, I remain satisfied.
