Order arrived from France within a few days, safely packed and matching the online catalogue description. And congratulations to Tompress for 'beating Brexit'. I will order again. I wasn't informed that my order was on hold (a grid was missing and wouldn't arrive until October), so I contacted customer service who quickly found a solution. The tracking was perfect, but if I hadn't seen that my order was on hold (for 15 days already), I wouldn't have been contacted and would never have received my order in time for my husband's birthday. Otherwise great.

Order placed on 25/11. No news, reminder on 10/12. One of the products was out of stock, restocked the following week, reminded again at the beginning of January and suggested another product, order received promptly. Order received promptly afterwards. Review communication if product missing, to modify order if necessary. I had to buy from another supplier.
